3. Additional fees and expenses may apply, which will be notified in advance of acceptance.
4. 50% Deposits will be required to confirm booking and fix date.
5. NO refunds are available up to 30 days prior to event date. This is to account for advance stock purchasing and holding event date.
6. Cancellations are subject to penalty within 30 days prior to event date.
7. Short notice bookings, within 30 days of event date will be subject to 100% payment in advance to secure booking.
